Custom Design Policy

Once you submit your design requirement or upload your dream design photo, we will provide a complimentary price quote which will expire within one week. Subsequent price quotes are subject to change. Once you approve the quote, you are required to provide Company with a minimum of 20% non-refundable deposit before the production process commences. After receiving the deposit, we will send you CAD images of your jewelry from multiple angles. After viewing the photos, if you wish to make any modifications, we will provide one complimentary modification. Any subsequent modifications will require additional non-refundable despite before the production process commences. You are required to pay the full price before the custom order is manufactured and shipped. Company reserves the right to refuse any modification requests to custom orders once the production process has commenced. Company reserves the right to alter, decline or cancel custom design orders. Please note that all custom orders are not eligible for any promotion or discount. Custom orders are only available for jewels and diamonds purchased from Company. Company cannot incorporate any third party jewels into its custom jewelry. Please note that custom orders are final sale. Company will not accept exchanges or refunds for custom orders. Please note that custom orders will be completed in approximately 30 business days. All custom orders are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some custom orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses or acts of God are beyond our control. We will inform you of estimated delivery dates in case there is a delay in your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. You warrant that the custom design does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. You hereby indemnify Company from any claims arising from the custom design. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights attached to the custom design are exclusive to Company. You irrevocably assign all rights attached thereto to Company. You waive all moral rights attached to the custom design. You acknowledge that Company has full authority to display and/or promote custom design in any form in any medium for any purpose whatsoever.. This feature is not available for International Orders that are shipped abroad from India.
